Addressing the two-day TDP Leadership Training Conclave at the party's central headquarters in Mangalagiri, Chief Minister and TDP national president N. Chandrababu Naidu delivered a blunt warning to legislators and constituency leaders. Public fights over missing photos on flex banners, he said, directly damage the ruling coalition. Trivial ego clashes and protocol squabbles between coalition cadres erode public goodwill and weaken the tripartite alliance with the Jana Sena Party and BJP.

Naidu instructed local leaders that any misunderstanding, protocol grievance, or difference of opinion must be discussed and resolved strictly behind closed doors. He firmly warned against escalating local disputes onto social media, stressing that online turf wars only weaken the coalition from within and hand easy political weapons to the opposition. When three parties govern together, he said, collective alliance interest and mutual respect must take precedence over individual vanity.

The rebuke comes amid recurring friction across several constituencies where cadres have clashed over banner prominence and missing portraits. Reminding leaders of the responsibility on their shoulders, Naidu noted that Andhra Pradesh's people gave the alliance a historic mandate to rebuild the economy, restore investor confidence, and deliver governance. He told leaders to shed personal rivalries, keep egos in check, and focus on public outreach ahead of upcoming local body elections - making clear that indiscipline denting coalition unity will not be tolerated.
