"Terror Rocket Launchers Destroyed in Delhi!" Army, Special Cell & FSL Conduct High-Alert Joint Operation in Narela!

In a massive, high-security exercise on the outskirts of the national capital, a joint team comprising the Indian Army, the Delhi Police Special Cell, and the Forensic Science Laboratory (FSL) carried out a controlled demolition in Delhi’s Narela to destroy seized rocket launchers. The heavy weaponry had been recovered following the arrest of two suspected terrorists during anti-terror search operations in Manipur.

The destroyed rocket launchers formed part of a major terror arms cache that included assault rifles, detonators, explosive materials, and hundreds of rounds of live ammunition. Following the arrests in Manipur, specialized investigative agencies transported the high-grade weaponry to Delhi for forensic testing, ballistic examination, and safe destruction. To eliminate any danger of accidental blast or public hazard, military munitions experts and bomb disposal squads set up a tight security cordon around the Narela site to carry out the controlled detonation.
