"YouTubers Illegally Enter My House and Film Interiors!" CJP Leader Saurav Das Files Police Complaint Over Massive Security Breach

·

Cockroach Janta Party (CJP) chief spokesperson Saurav Das has filed a formal complaint with the Delhi Police after a group of YouTubers and media personnel allegedly broke into his Delhi residence. The incident took place while Saurav was away in Maharashtra attending a core strategy meeting for his political group. Around 15 to 20 individuals gathered outside his house, entered the premises without permission, filmed the private interiors, and leaked his residential address on social media.

Calling the incident a grave security threat to his family and a serious invasion of privacy, Saurav Das raised an emergency SOS on social media. He pointed out that sharing such private videos online emboldened anti-social elements and put everyone living in his home in direct danger. A formal complaint was submitted through his legal team, lawyers Ayush Srivastava and Krishnesh Bapat, at the Greater Kailash police station, demanding an FIR under strict charges of criminal house-trespass, criminal intimidation, defamation, and criminal conspiracy under the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS).

The incident triggered sharp political reactions, with opposition leaders raising the issue in the Rajya Sabha and condemning the trespass. In response, the Delhi Police deployed local beat officers outside his house to prevent any further untoward incident. Despite the severe intimidation attempt, Saurav Das declared that such acts would not silence or frighten him, expressing confidence that the youth movement would prevail and the culprits would be held legally accountable.
